It was previously the Transport Materials Supply Factory, a subsidiary to the Mechancial Implementation Factories Confederation- Ministry of Construction, presently LICOGI Corporation, was established under the Decision No. 196/QD-BXD dated 29/1/1980 of the Minister of Construction. In Jan, 1996, the Factory was renamed as: Dong Anh Materials and Building Materials Prodcution Company.
In the light of the policies of the Party and the State, LICOGI Corporation has selected Dong Anh Materials and Building Materials Prodcution Company to take the initiative in conversion of ownership pattern from State-owned company into Joint Stock Company under the Decision No. 1436 QD/BXD dated 28 December, 1998 issued by the Minister of Construction. On 05 February, 1999 the General Meeting of Shareholders was set up and unanimously approved the change in name into Dong Anh Roof Plate and Building Materials JSC, presently Dong Anh Investment, Construction and Building Materials JSC.
Through 28 years of establishment and development, esp. after nearly 10 years of equitization, the Company has been continuously developing and growing in a sustainable manner.
Equipped with modern equipments imported from France, Swiss, Poland, with well-qualified and experienced group of engineers and well-skilled workforce, with the quality management procedure in accordance with ISO 9001-2000 system, for the sake of consumers, the Company only manufactures and lauches in the market products that meet high-quality standareds. The products of the Company has been continuously selected as high-quality goods of Vietnam by consumers since 1999 up to now. At the present, the Company is the leading enterprise in Vietnam providing the following products:
+ Cement Phibro roof plate;
+ Multi-wavy colour coating roof plate and its accessories;
+ Steel-structured products: pre-manufactured building framework, purlin, etc…
+ Non-vibrated building materials.
Through process of accumulation and creation, we have affirmed the position and brand of Dong Anh roof plate with consumers. As recorded for its aforesaid achievements, Dong Anh Investment, Construction and Building Materials JSC was rewared the second-rank Labor Medal by the State in 2005, the third-rank Labor Medal in 1996, the third-rank Feat of Arms Medal in 1996. Quality Golden Cup and many other precious prizes.
